Sue Castorino has had two distinguished careers in communications--first as a broadcast journalist, and today as an internationally recognized media and speech coach. She was a news anchor and reporter at stations in Cleveland and for CBS in Chicago, at all-news WBBM. In l986 she founded The Speaking Specialists in Chicago, providing media training, issue management, and public speaking coaching to individuals and groups in two distinct areas: business and athletics.
In addition to working with executives, organizations, and associations at the highest levels, she has provided her expertise to more than 100 collegiate and professional teams, as well as the National Football League, Major League Baseball, and the United States Olympic Committee and its Olympic athletes. She also serves on the faculty of Loyola University Chicago School of Communication, where she teaches courses in Broadcast Journalism, and Public Speaking and Critical Thinking. A native of Columbus, OH, she is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Speech.
